Air Duct UV Air Sanitizers
 |
“These UV light air
purification systems are built to last, strong and
solid. They are UV air sterilization systems you
can depend on for years to come, and maintenance
free. These products are made in the U.S.A. and
distributed all over the world. There are a lot of
choices for germicidal protection UV light air sanitizers on the market today but with our Patent
Pending Snapcat technology combined with high
output UV-C light and top level skilled
engineering you have the best choice available
right here." - -CaluTech
 High
powered air sterilization...
CaluTech units are made to be powerful. You can
find some UV-C light air sanitizers by others with
tiny little lamps that don't even have enough UVC
power to them for simple mold destruction. These
low cost, often Chinese made systems could do
nothing for you when it comes to true air
purification.
BELOW ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE UV AIR DUCT
PURIFIERS AND AIR DUCT UV AIR
STERILIZERS: |
1: The 'Blue UV'
air sanitizer & sterilizer has dual
double tube germicidal lamps for maximum
germicidal
air
sterilization. Destroys pathogens such as
airborne bio-agents, viruses, bacteria, mold,
and mildew. The UV-C component of sunlight is
the main reason that microorganisms die in
outdoor air. The UV-C rays break through the
outer membrane of microbes and this causes their
death. In addition the 'Oxycat' accessory
included with this system operates as a catalyst
breaking down and destroying volatile organic
compounds (VOCs). Any building, or even your
home, with forced air heating and/or cooling
can use this popular air purification &
sterilization system. learn

2: Destorys musty
odors, pet dander, viruses, mold, bacteria,
dust
mites and other airborne pathogens. More
effective on bioterrorism agents such as the
Anthrax virus and the Smallpox virus than
any
other system. Also recommended for high risk
Avian Flu areas for an additional layer
of
protection from any airborne contamination
should the Bird Flu virus mutate and spread via
this means. This system, like all our available
sterilizers, can irradiate the furnace - air
conditioning coils and makes them like new
again, increasing air flow and efficiency. This
unit was originally created by popular demand
for strong mold problems since many molds
require extremely high UV output to be
destroyed. This system also inlcudes Oxycat
technology (photocatalyst). The Blueray offers
a great alternative to the standard CaluTech
Blue
model show above (Our best selling air
sterilizer). . learn

3:
The Mini-Blue features smaller
9 inch lamps and offers a great alternative
to the
more powerful CaluTech Blue model. The system
was created for smaller facilities or homes
with
small air ducts, providing a way to utilize our
technology when the standard systems above will
not fit due to the ventilation system's size.
This UV system also includes Oxycat
catalyst technology as do all CaluTech air
sterilization systems. learn

Snapcat™ is based on the most advanced
nano-technology Photocatalysis. In the presence
of our UV light source and natural moisture in
the air, oxygen is formed on the Snapcat™
plate's surface. This intelligently breaks down
unwanted odors, pungent smells, allergens, air
pollutants and harmful toxins through an
oxidation process. Snapcat™ protects you from
any absorbtion of pollutants that may otherwise
accumulate in an enclosed area. Snapcat is ideal
for any workplace, gyms, schools, hotels,
hospitals, nursing homes, day cares and homes.
Snapcat™ not only attacks and decomposes the
cause of odors, but also continuously offers an
air purifying effect year round, creating a
healthy environment. Even if your facility
already has a UV system installed you can still
add Snapcat easily to your existing unit(s).
Available for any type of ultraviolet light air
purification or sterilization system! learn

This new Patent Pending UV air sterilizer uses a
fully enlcosed UV electromagnetic radiation
field to protect those in the room from over
exposure, and to protect paint and other
surfaces from the UV light source. Rather than
shine directly on walls and ceilings the ADU
features it's own air movement system fully
encapsulated within the air sanitizer. By drawing
air from the lower part of the room, filtering
it, sterilizing it, and pushing it back down to
the floor the ADU is an ideal solution to indoor
air quality and decontamination in rooms. The
ADU, or Air Defense Unit, was specifically
designed for Tuberculosis and other patient to
staff risks of exposure to disease. learn

6: Pure UV-C light
in a single UV lamp air sterilizer. The
Airtronics model number 2006AT is a low-cost
version of the more powerful double lamp
air
sterilizers. This single lamp air sterilizer
is ideal for small office areas or small
homes
under 1,500 square feet. The Airtronics UV
system uses less than 3/4 of an amp of
electricity and offers high output UV-C air
sterilization, plus it adapts to the Snapcat
catalyst technology! learn

7:
The CaluTech DSL is an ultraviolet air sanitizer
and sterilizer similar to the Airtronics model
above. The difference is flexibility. Now you
can install two ultraviolet lamps in separate
locations, but with a single air system. The DSL
(Dual Single Lamp) features two UV lamps, one
which is detached from the regulated power
supply unit, allowing installation of each lamp
in a separate location. Why buy two ultraviolet
systems to get the air on the cold air return
and the supply plenum air duct when you can
install one DSL? Mount one UV lamp on the cold
side and mount one UV lamp over the air
conditioning condenser coil to burn off mold,
kill bacteria, and eliminate allergens, airborne
pathogens, and viruses! Another option would be
to install both lamps at the coil, or both in
the return air duct. learn

DID
YOU KNOW...Bacteria, viruses, molds, mildew,
animal dander, cat saliva, dust mites,
cockroaches and pollen are listed among the
types of biological contaminants that are often
present in homes or offices. Sources of these
pollutants are quite diverse. Viruses are
transmitted by people and animals, pollens come
from plants, pets have saliva and dander,
bacteria are spread by people, animals, and
soil/plant material, protein from urine in mice
and rats is a potent allergen and can become
airborne when dry. When biological contaminants
enter the central/forced air heating and cooling
systems, these systems become their breeding
grounds. Mold, mildew, and other pollutants are
then distributed throughout the home or office.
If standing water, water-damaged materials, or
wet surfaces are present, they also become
breeding grounds for mold, mildew, bacteria, and
insects. Dust mites are a strong biological
allergen for many people and these breed in
damp, warm environments.
